Sales Representative / Business Development Manager Location: Verona, Italy Job Type: Full-time, Office-based Language: Italian and English Department:Sales & Business Development Stator Tech is expanding its motor components business in Italy and across Europe. We are looking for a full-time Sales Representative / Business Development Manager to work from our Verona office and support the development of new customers in the industrial manufacturing sector. What You Will Do Develop new customers in Italy and Europe, targeting motor manufacturers, OEMs, distributors, stamping and aluminium die-casting companies. Promote Stator Tech's full product range including motor housings, stators, rotors, and aluminium die-cast components. Communicate with clients in both Italian and English, conduct customer visits, support business negotiations, gather market intelligence, and coordinate with internal teams on quotations and project follow-up. What We Are Looking For A motivated B2B sales professional with experience in industrial components, electric motors, die-casting, stamping, machinery, or automation (preferred). Fluent in Italian with good English skills. Must be based in Verona and willing to travel for client meetings. Strong sense of responsibility and a customer-oriented mindset are essential. Existing customer networks in motor, OEM, or industrial sectors are a plus.
